“A good teacher is like a candle- it consumes itself to light the way for others”. Here in our college we are blessed with teachers with awful experience and talents , one such person Mrs.Leena Jenefa from the Department of Management Studies.

Her big achievement is on publishing following two articles.

1. “Calendar Anomalies in National Stock Exchange Indices” The ICFAI journal of Applied Finance ,vol-15 No.1 on Jan-09.
2. “Role of Consumer forum in protecting Consumer Rights” A publication of Kalasalingam University, Krishnankoil, on December 2008.

· Madam, How far have u traveled to get this achievement in your career?

I have started presenting papers from my college days onwards. Totally, I have presented more than ten papers. I tried hard to publish these papers hardly one year. At last, I have achieved it and I got cash price of Rs.1000/- by them.

· Madam, Please give some suggestions to present good papers for our student community.

While I started my presentations, there were no Internet facilities. Therefore, I read many books to present the papers. Now you all have the best technological help to collect information. So utilize it properly, apply your creativity and prepare your own papers. You can achieve it!

· Sir, your department staff is now traveling to some greatest height. What do you feel about that?

I am very proud of her. Because, She is the first faculty of our department whose articles have been published in International Reputed Journal. She’s the dedicated and committed lecturer. Though she is always keen in her personal intellectual in development, she is giving first priority to the interest of her institution and her student kids.
